Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind Steady Pets. If you have given it a fair try and your dog is not calmer, we will refund the purchase price of your first order. The guarantee is there to take the risk out of trying us, not to replace buying the product, so a few simple conditions apply.

Conditions

  • Give it a fair chance. Pheromones build up over time, so we ask that you plug the diffuser in and use it continuously for at least 14 days before you claim. Most dogs need one to two weeks in a steady room.
  • Within 30 days. Your claim must reach us within 30 days of the delivery date, with your order number as proof of purchase.
  • One guarantee per customer. The money-back guarantee covers one order per customer or household. Extra units, bulk orders, and gifts are not covered by the guarantee, though they remain covered for damaged or incorrect items below.
  • Tell us what happened. Include a short note on what you tried, such as the room, how long it ran, and what your dog still does. It helps us help you, and it keeps the guarantee fair for everyone.

How to claim

Email us at fmwllc@outlook.com with your order number and your note. For hygiene reasons we do not ask you to ship back a used refill. We may ask you to return the diffuser unit, with return shipping covered by us, or to send a photo, before a refund is approved.

Refunds

Once approved, we refund the product price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

If any order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, at no extra cost. This applies to every order, not just your first.

Abuse of the guarantee

We reserve the right to decline a refund where the guarantee is being misused, for example repeated claims across multiple accounts, or orders returned outside these conditions.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time before your next renewal, with no lock-in. Orders that have already shipped follow the guarantee and return terms above.
